3 different types of faces can be used on a typical sign cabinet:
PLASTIC FACE
The most common sign cabinet uses acrylic or polycarbonate plexiglass with translucent vinyl graphics.
CUT FACE
Durable solid aluminum with router cut graphics, so only the graphic lights up.
PUSH-THROUGH FACE
Similar to cut face, but uses ¾"-thick plexiglass, causing letters to pop out of the aluminum face for a 3D effect.
